Tom Fee

Founding Partner, Wealth Advisor

Meet Tom

Tom Fee is a Founding Partner of Bluespring Wealth Midwest and a Wealth Advisor based in Minneapolis. Since founding Vector Wealth Management in 1993, Tom has remained guided by a simple conviction that continues to shape the firm today: clients are best served by a fiduciary who sits on their side of the table.

Interestingly, Tom’s journey into financial services began not as an advisor, but as a client. After spending fifteen years with the firm that managed his own investments, he joined the industry, and came to believe that a fee-based, fiduciary model better aligned an adviser’s interests with those of clients. In 1993, he founded Vector Wealth Management with the vision of creating a client-centered advisory practice built on trust, transparency, and long-term relationships. Over the next three decades, that vision helped grow Vector into the Minneapolis practice that is now one of Bluespring Wealth Midwest’s three markets.

Tom has long been an active contributor to the financial services industry. He authored two financial planning software applications, including Vector’s proprietary SOJOURN® planning system, which was designed to provide highly personalized planning for client families. Throughout his career, he has served on national advisory committees, spoken at industry conferences across the country, contributed articles to financial publications, and served as the wealth advisor spokesperson for Today’s Business Radio.

Above all, Tom is passionate about helping individuals and families achieve financial confidence. He believes the best financial plans are built through listening, understanding what matters most, and creating strategies that align with each client’s unique goals and values. His entrepreneurial spirit, commitment to innovation, and dedication to putting clients first continue to influence the culture of the firm today.

Tom earned his Bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Colorado.
