Andy Peters, CPA

Andy Peters is President and Managing Partner of Bluespring Wealth Midwest, where he leads more than fifty professionals serving client families from offices in Madison, Minneapolis, and Milwaukee. He brought the firm’s three legacy practices together around a single mission: to deliver financial confidence, clarity, and peace of mind to the families the firm serves. Today he sets the firm’s direction and carries responsibility for its growth and the standard of advice behind that mission. He also continues to serve a select group of clients as a Wealth Advisor.

Andy built his career mastering how businesses should operate. A licensed CPA, he began in internal audit and financial analysis roles at Bemis Company and Epic Systems, then served as Financial Controller of a fast-growing Madison technology consulting firm. He joined Goldstein Advisors as Chief Financial Officer in 2016, where he directed firm finance and strategy. He became a Partner of Goldstein Advisors in 2022 and its Chief Executive Officer in 2025, leading the firm into the combination that created Bluespring Wealth Midwest.

That background shapes how he works with clients. Years spent inside the numbers of operating businesses give him a practical, tax-aware perspective on planning, and he brings the same discipline to client balance sheets that he brings to the firm’s own.

Andy holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Risk Management and Insurance from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He lives in the Madison area with his wife Grace and their three children. Outside the office he enjoys hunting and traveling, and family time above all.
