Meet Mike
Mike Cerniglia is Head of Business Development at Bluespring Wealth Midwest, where he leads the firm’s growth across Madison, Minneapolis, and Milwaukee. Mike is often the first person a family meets when they consider the firm. He believes growth starts with a bridge between where a family stands today and where they intend to go. His work is connecting families to the team that carries them across.
Mike came to wealth management from the University of Wisconsin, where he spent many years in administrative and senior operations roles within Badger Athletics. He joined Goldstein Advisors as Director of Strategic Growth, shaping the firm’s culture and building the relationships behind its expansion. When Goldstein combined with its Minneapolis and Milwaukee partners to form Bluespring Wealth Midwest, he was elevated to lead all business development for the combined firm.
Those years inside one of the country’s premier athletics programs built the way Mike works: prepared, team-first, and generous with his time. He goes out of his way to support the people around him, clients and colleagues alike, and he measures his work by whether the people he serves end up somewhere better than where he found them.
Mike holds a bachelor’s degree in communication arts and a master’s in educational leadership and policy analysis, both from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where he lettered as a hockey player and is a member of the National W Club. He lives in the Madison area with his wife Aleah and their children. A man of deep faith, he serves his community through Blackhawk Church, Madison South Rotary, and many non-profit organizations including Andy North & Friends, Garding Against Cancer and Agape Ranch.
